The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday August 19th, 2026 @ 7:30 PM, at Sprague Rod & Gun Club. Team Rosters must be submitted at or prior to the Annual Meeting.

Prior to the Annual Meeting, the Rules Committee will meet on Monday August 17th, 2026 @ 7:30 PM, at Colchester Fish & Game Club.
